Victoria teaches beginners through to advanced, always coming from the mindset that the body can do amazing things when it learns how. She has worked with elite sportsmen and women including highly-decorated British Olympians. Influenced by Yin Yoga and Ashtanga, do not expect a “style“ of yoga, just come along and learn something you didn’t know about yourself or your body before. Expect a strong and mindful flow.
Victoria Adams is a yoga teacher, health coach, classically trained + nutritional chef, and former commodities broker. She is author of "Recipes for Life" and contributing author of "Mastering the Commodities Markets”, and has worked with elite sportsmen and women including highly-decorated British Olympians. She used her understanding of nutrition for vitality to keep her energy up and body healthy whilst working in London as a broker, as well as working with clients to manage their own energy levels, lose weight, and improve their health. Her formula is simple: sleep, finding out and doing what it is that you want in life and eating well. Her teaching offers you a deeper understanding of your own body's potential and the spaces into which you can move with greater ease and proficiency. You'll also learn how to minimise and even reverse the signs of ageing with Facial Yoga.
